Silvio and his crew made what was a very complex process more of an adventure than a painful journey. Along the way we discovered a lot of problems such as a broken roof (literally), extensive dry rot and a host of unwelcome creatures. We were able to work together to solve the problems, update a 1952 built house and create a wonderful new space. We added a new bathroom, updated the old one, raised the ceiling, opened walls, added a new oak floor, skylights and a wonderful picture window. It really feels like we have a new home.
