About us
HonorHealth's Diabetes Center can give you the tools you need not only to manage and control your diabetes, but also to bring you peace of mind. The diabetes education team - made up of a certified diabetes nurse educator and a dietitian - provide education for those with Type 1 and Type 2, pediatric and gestational diabetes, as well as those with pre-diabetes.
