About us

Horizon Medical Center is a family medicine and laser med spa practice serving the Schaumburg, IL area. Located approximately 30 minutes from Chicago, IL, the practice offers an extensive list of primary care and aesthetic services to patients ages 12 and up. The practice is led by board-certified family physician Dr. Asharaf Dabawala. Board-certified internist and lipidologist Dr. Ashish Patel and board-certified family physician Dr. Sarada Alla are also on staff. Along with providing comprehensive primary care services, the facility features an on-site lab with testing (suite laboratory) and offers sleep studies, physical therapy, heart scans, nuclear stress tests, and laser med spa treatments, including UltraSlim® fat reduction therapy. Horizon Medical Center works with numerous insurance plans and Medicare, offers in-person visits, and is always accepting new patients.
