Since 1981, Hospice of Midland has been the only non-profit community-owned hospice in the Permian Basin. Our philosophy is that as life nears its end, every individual has the right to spend his or her remaining days in peace and with dignity. Our mission is “Care from the heart to fulfill the unique needs of patients and families.” We focus specifically on comfort, dignity, and pain control as we respond to the patients' symptoms, needs, and goals and their families.

We are committed to:

- Using a holistic approach to care - treating the whole person physically, emotionally, and spiritually
