About us
Howard Kohn, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who sees patients 18 years and older. He provides preventive care, including annual wellness exams, vaccinations, pre-employment exams, men’s health, school and sports physicals and manages acute and chronic illnesses. He also treats a wide range of medical conditions, including asthma, allergies, ADHD, anxiety, COPD, cold and flu symptoms, depression, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, minor illness and injuries, obesity, osteoporosis, thyroid disease, tobacco use and urinary tract infections. He also discusses advanced directives and end-of-life care and support.
Dr. Kohn is dedicated to improving the overall health and well-being of his patients. He believes building long-term relationships with patients is the key to providing the best care possible. Dr. Kohn takes the time to discuss care options with his patients to ensure they are empowered to make informed decisions about their health. He is committed to helping patients lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Dr. Kohn is from Louisville, Kentucky and enjoys walking, reading and going to movies.
Dr. Kohn earned his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Kentucky and completed his internal medicine residency at Saint Louis University School of Medicine in Missouri.
