Howard Weitzner has spent the majority of his legal career devoted to representing the injured victims of negligence. Over the last 13 years, his zealous pursuit of justice for the injured has earned him the distinction of being named to the Super Lawyers Top Attorneys in Florida-Rising Stars list from 2014-2019. Mr. Weitzner has represented thousands of injured South Florida community members and recovered millions of dollars for them following car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability accidents (slip/trip and fall), medical malpractice, wrongful deaths, and business disputes.

Prior to joining the firm of Cutler Rader, PL, Mr. Weitzner worked for one of the largest personal injury law firms in the state, where he gained tremendous experience and knowledge in how to effectively represent the interest of his injured clients in front of insurance company, opposing attorney and jury.
