The mission at I Heart Therapy is to meet every client where they are and create a space that encourages self acceptance, awareness, and insight. We aim to provide feedback that assists with desired growth and change. At this time we serve individuals of all ages, races, ethnicities, and sexual orientation struggling with relationship conflicts, depression, anxiety, and issues with self-esteem.
