I Love Kickboxing - Dix Hills in Huntington is the best place to go if your looking to get into great shape while having fun. The staff is caring and funny as well as very knowledgable in what they are teaching. I purchased a groupon for 10 classes and after just the second class i couldn't wait to become a member! Its not expensive at all and as soon as you finish your first class, you'll wonder why you hadn't started sooner! Becoming a member was the best decision I ever made!

Kickboxing here is incredible! The staff here at Ilovekickboxing.com Dix Hills are knowledgeable and serious about what they’re teaching. I think the classes are equal parts conditioning and technique. The class is an hour and you are literally sweating from start to finish. I always look forward to my next class and recommend this class to everyone.
