With so many different class times I can manage to fit my workout in even on my busiest days!

A high energy workout in a very supportive atmosphere. Instructors are all super encouraging, and REALLY care about your successes. Classes are full of people of all shapes and sizes and levels of fitness and never judgmental. Friendly atmosphere and high calorie burning! Who could ask for more?

I Love Kickboxing - East Greenwich NJ in East Greenwich is an amazing workout. I love this place. ALL the instructors are professional and welcoming. You don't have to feel uncomfortable at any point, this has been my problem with me most of my life in gyms. Here at ilovekickboxing everyone is treated as an equal and you will get the best workout ever!!!! You will fall in love with kickboxing!

I never stuck with the gym because it just didn't feel like I got enough out of it. With Alex, Amy and the rest of the ILoveKickboxing.com crew you get a killer workout in a supportive and fun atmosphere. There is really no better therapy than punching and kicking the bag among friends!
