History

Established in 2010.

ICE DR. began providing repair and maintenance services in Chicago in 2010, and now operates in the WA area. We also offer coffee maker parts, espresso machine parts and ice maker parts for customers around the country.

Established 2014 Bellingham location

After starting out repairing ice, coffee and espresso machines, we have expanded to include precision refrigeration units such as wine cellars. With over 10 years of technical know-how to draw from, our technicians can ensure that your equipment will be fixed correctly the first time.

Over the years, we've earned the trust of our customers by consistently providing honest assessments and realistic expectations right from the moment we're called. We never charge our customers for work they don't need, nor do we give misleading estimates to get our foot in the door. We don't say we're going to show up at a certain time only to make them sit around and wait for us. If we're called about a problem that can easily be fixed by the customer, we let them know.
