I'm a disabled iraq veteran & I was in so much PAIN all the time. With me the pain starts in my heal and as the day progresses it moves up through my knees into my lower back. At this point I'd usually have to take medication or a nap or both.

I LOVE my Inserts !!! I had no idea a product like this existed or could be so effective.

Now with the right support I can go allot further, feeling allot stronger & more secure in my steps. But more importantly, I have less pain and need less medicine.

I'm personally grateful to Ideal Feet for their wonderful, non-judgmental support and their wonderful insoles that I now wouldn't dare go a day without. RJW
