Immaculate Heart of Mary Family Health Center is a faith-based, nonprofit primary care practice in Chandler, AZ that specializes in general medicine, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The lead providers are Sister Edith Mary Hart, also known as Dr. Margaret Hart, and Dr. Charles Armstrong who both have their doctor of osteopathy degrees. They believe preventive care is important so some popular services they provide are annual health exams, vaccinations, sports physicals, newborn exams, and well-child exams. For added convenience and accessibility, they also offer acute care and telehealth services. Immaculate Heart of Mary Family Health Center is on a mission to provide low-cost medical care to families so they have a few options available for patients who are uninsured, including monthly memberships, sliding scale fees, and a charity care program.
