ImmiVisa Law Group is a full-service immigration law firm dedicated primarily to the practice of business immigration. We specialize primarily in employment-based visas, including permanent visas for foreign nationals looking to immigrate to the United States without a relative connection to sponsor them. The three most common ways we do this are through extraordinary ability petitions (i.e., people at the highest echelon of their professions) in business, arts, science, or athletics; self-petitions via national interest waivers for individuals holding advanced degrees or exceptional ability in their profession who have plans to come to the U.S. to work in a proposed endeavor, and; employment-based sponsorship for permanent employment.
