One can know a lot about a property management company by looking at the kind of property managers they employ. IMPAC employs people with dubious past records and even when they are made aware of such people they prefer to keep them in postions of high reposnibility.
We had to take board action at our condos to kick them out. Under IMPAC our property management fees went up from $206 to over $400 in just two years. There were numerous complaints of fraud. Property manager fired all the staff when he came and put his nephews and nieces in their place and the good times for IMPAC and hign monthly fees for us began to roll. Following is one of the emails from a resident-

Attached is past record of Mr. Christopher Antonacci -He is the head of all property managers in Northeast in IMPAC. This is public information availaible from freely
availaible court records. This can be verified by calling the New Jersey Superior Court with the docket numbers given below.
This shows that he has been involved in six lawsuits in last three years. Time and again
he has taken loans from respectable institutions like Capital One Bank and Ford Motor Company and time and again these institutions were forced to take him to court for breach of contract and non-payments.

Can we really trust such person with our money? If he cannot manage his own expenses, how can he manage millions we pay in resident fees every year? Is this why we are paying special assesments to tune of $400 every year? A person who can cheat Ford Motor company, Capital One Bank, can he not cheat us too?
