I've had some AWFUL experiences with movers in the past, so I was hesitant to hire a moving company again. But in an effort to save our backs & time, we decided to go with Impress moving.

Man, what a great decision it was. Lashay was professional & swift in making our two-part reservation and even called the day before the move to confirm everything with me. SO great!

On moving day the movers were actually 15 minutes early!! They got to work and quickly and finished the first part of the job in about two hours! Then we headed to the second location which was quite a bit more challenging--really tight entry way, big furniture and they did it with a smile.

When we got to our new house, they unloaded everything and even reassembled and set up the bed frame without us asking! When they were done, they asked, "What else can we help you with?" instead of "Is that it?" They look you in the eye and shake your hand. These little touches really make the difference.

This is the only moving company I'll ever use in the future & will sing their praises to all my friends.

When I called to book movers, Melissa was very helpful and they were available right away when we needed them. I requested a time in the afternoon and they were accommodating. They did ask if they could come early, and we decided to closely communicate the day of the move. Melissa was very helpful when answering all my questions about the quote and the process they use. She was upfront about all costs and policies. She was courteous and called the day before to confirm the move.

When it came to the day of the move, they called to ask if they could arrive a little early. It worked out that they could and they showed up right away! The truck was huge and Mike and his crew were fast, efficient, and professional. He went over all the details with me while the other movers started wrapping and loading. Everything arrived to our destination intact with no scratches. They laid a carpet protector down which I thought was a nice touch. These guys are a little more expensive than the competition, but when you get the quality and professionalism they provide, it's worth the money. I will definitely use Impress Moving when I need to move again.
