In Motion O.C. is a beautiful 6,000 square foot State of the Art facility in the heart of Irvine. In Motion O.C.is the comprehensive solution to achieve a better body, and therefore a better life.

Since 2003, In Motion O.C. has been Irvine’s leader in therapy techniques and technologies including such things as Light Therapy, Pilates, Aquatic Therapy and our unique Postural Program.

The passion of In Motion O.C. is treating each client as a whole person, helping them to regain control of their health. In Motion O.C. provides one-on-one care for clients of all ages and needs. In Motion O.C. has an exceptional staff of highly educated and licensed professionals trained to provide the highest level of care.
