In Motion O.C. is a beautiful 6,000 square foot State of the Art facility in the heart of Irvine. In Motion O.C.is the comprehensive solution to achieve a better body, and therefore a better life. In pain? Have an injury? Since 2003, our Physical Therapy department has been Irvine’s leader in therapy techniques and technologies including such things as Light Therapy, Pilates, Aquatic Therapy and our unique Postural Program. Out of shape? Need to firm up? Our Functional Fitness facility captures the best training methods available, and comes equipped with a Fitness Coach and small group accountability, all backed up by the expertise of our Doctors of Physical Therapy. Additionally, we offer Medically-based fitness for those whose bodies need some special attention. Our Pilates-based fitness incorporates Pilates into their Fitness plans. The passion of In Motion O.C. is treating each client as a whole person, helping them to regain control of their health. In Motion O.C. provides one-on-one care for clients of all ages and needs. In Motion O.C. has an exceptional staff of highly educated and licensed professionals trained to provide the highest level of care. All therapists are Doctors of Physical Therapy and are among the best at what they do.
