Indian Brook Trout Farm in Jackson is an aquaculture, agriculture and educational facility. Rainbow trout are raised in the spring and summer from egg to plate A Friday night Fish Fry features broasted Rainbow Trout. Pumpkins are raised in the fall, 12 varieties, 2 to 200 pounds.
