Is there a minimum age?
We are happy to provide certain services to all ages. Guests under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

When should I arrive?
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply shorten the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will finish at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes your plans may alter. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee. Cancellations of packages or private parties requires one weeks notice.

What should I wear?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments the body is fully draped, except for the areas being worked on. Dressing Gowns and Slippers will be available for ladies and gentlemen during spa packages and private parties.

What if I am pregnant?
While there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please let us know if you are pregnant so that we can guide you.

Should I shave?
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for gentlemen prior to a facial, please do allow at least 2 hours before your appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services.
