Bad Hours/Reception
I called to make an appointment and found I could not make it. I called several times to reschedule but they were not open during those hours. When I got through it was the day before the appointment and they said that I would have to pay a broken appointment fee. Since the day hadn't even occurred yet I was obviously livid!! The person that answered the phone was not very helpful and outright rude. She could not put me on with the right person because that person had already left for the day. What kind of place is this that it is never open or no one is ever around? I can't believe I got a Groupon for 3 sessions for this place!!
