Welcome to Insight Physical Therapy by Peter Dorsa, MSPT Insight Physical Therapy offers a holistic integrated approach to physical therapy. This approach is based on Myofascial Release, a hands on manual therapy technique that treats the whole person not just their symptoms. In addition to MFR, I integrate elements from the practices of yoga, shiatsu, tai chi, qi gong and mindfulness meditation. This creates a balanced method based in scientific principles from physical therapy blended with the healing arts.
