Inspector Gadget Homes, LLC is a fully licensed, bonded and insured Home Inspection and Home Watch service for anyone building a new home, buying an existing home, or owning a seasonal property in Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach and Marco Island.

We are an accredited member of both the National Home Watch Association (NHWA), and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and holding additional certifications for Deck, Garage and First-time Buyers from InterNACHI.

Inspector Gadget Homes, LLC is owned and operated by Joe Nugent. Originally from Ohio, Joe attended Xavier University and has worked in the hospitality and service industry for his entire professional career. Joe was inspired to launch his company after hearing stories about people who were taken advantage of by unscrupulous service providers. He believes in treating people fairly and providing value in everything he does.
