Holistic, Hands-on, Honed in. I take pride in providing skilled, one-on-one, personalized manual therapy with an osteopathic approach. We offer hour-long sessions of gentle and specific techniques including visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, gentle spine mobilization, muscle energy technique and myofascial release.
