About us

Integra Rehabilitation Center, located in Doral, is a provider of outpatient physical, occupational and hand therapy. It was founded in 2008 by Dr. Alessandra Pluchino and Michael De Cardenas, who hired highly trained and skilled clinicians. We have treated patients from the local community, from cities in Miami-Dade County, all over the United States, as well as International patients.

Our clinicians provide individualized treatment plans based on patient’s specific needs which is paramount to their recovery. At Integra, we treat patients and not body parts; our team is committed to provide quality care in a friendly, caring and professional environment. Our ultimate goal is to maximize functionality, return patients back to their initial level of activity and promote well-being.

Integra is accredited by the Agency for Health Care Administration (A.H.C.A) and is a Licensed Medicare Provider. This licensing/enrollment process involves adherence to standards of care, environmental safety, and a continuous self assessment system and program evaluation. Integra routinely passes government audits and inspections of patient care and billing practices.
