Integrated Body Studio, LLC offers private training in Classical Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Classical Pilates and Movement Work based on the theories of Laban, Bartenieff, Thomas Hanna, Juliu Horvath and Moshe Feldenkrais in Illinois area.
