International Fair Timeshare Agency® (IFTA) assists both consumers and companies in the timeshare/vacation property industry by providing dispute resolution services and company ratings.

IFTA rates timeshare/vacation property companies using our proprietary rating algorithm. We assign a grade (from A+ to F) to companies so consumers can be confident prior to engaging with them. Our ratings are based on a variety of factors, such as number of complaints against a company, unanswered complaints, complaint patterns, licensing/bonding requirements, and many more.

In addition to reviewing IFTA’s company ratings or engaging in our mediation and arbitration services, consumers may Write A Review and Praise A Company based on their experience.

Each IFTA Paradise Approved® Member company is vetted through a comprehensive application process, ensuring that the company adheres to a strict Code of Ethics and Business Practices. Consumers know they can trust an organization that has the IFTA Paradise Approved® Seal.
