| Services | Founded under the 1987 Groundwater Protection Act, the IWRC is a nationally recognized organization devoted to environmental consulting, assistance, training and education. The IWRC provides free, non-regulatory environmental audits (on-site reviews) for small businesses across Iowa. These audits help business owners understand and offer suggestions on how to comply with applicable Iowa DNR and EPA environmental regulations as outlined below. The IWRC also assists with waste reduction and pollution prevention. Through the Iowa Air Emissions Assistance Program (IAEAP), the IWRC also provides technical assistance and education to help Iowa small businesses comply with Iowa DNR air quality requirements. |
