Iron Warrior Gym is a 3,000 sq ft facility dedicated to those who want to train hard without distraction or pretense. We are two individuals (not a corporation or group of investors) that want to build a community of like-minded individuals who enjoy the process of constantly challenging oneself to grow mentally and physically. Simply put, this is a gym for people who don't like going to the ordinary, everyday gym that encourages mediocrity. This is a place to train hard-nothing more. If you're looking for a crowd cheering you on followed by a spa session followed by a fresh towel and smoothie, we cannot help you. On the same token, though, you need not be a seasoned professional. We despise the elitist attitude so prevalent in the "fitness industry." If you need direction or advice you will get it-without judgement.

Do what you cannot at other places-use chalk, bring your own music, and throw weight around. Prepare for the next strongman competition, MMA fight, powerlifting competition, fitness, or body-building event, sports season, work as LE or FD, competitive cycling, injury recovery, or just rep out that last set to reaffirm your commitment to yourself and your family.
