Co-owner, Matt Lawson understands customer experience and oversees our daily operations. Previously Matt served as the GM of Cinnamon Shore Food & Beverage and was also the Executive Chef for the Houston Astros organization. As well, he has been featured in Texas Monthly magazine and is also a regular contender showing in the Annual World Food Championships.
