We have been in business on the island of Martha's Vineyard since 1991 and currently employ five full time professional real estate agents. Island Real Estate is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Tisbury Business Association, the Cape Cod & Islands Board of REALTORS® , the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®, adhering to a strict code of ethics and standards of practice. As active members of the REALTOR® associations, we receive up to the minute information regarding real estate through local, state, and national associations, their institutes, publications, and meetings. Island Real Estate is also a member of MLS PIN. This affiliation is the first MLS in the nation that offers direct transfer of listings to a variety of syndicated sites crucial to our business. These include companies such as Trulia, Zillow, and HGTV's FrontDoor.com. Our properties can also be viewed by other websites such as Boston.com, Homes.com, and The New York Times. And lastly, we are also a member of LINK, the multiple listing service on Martha's Vineyard, offering up-to-date information on all available Vineyard properties.
