It's The Perfect Space for EVENTS is operated by a local teacher who is dedicated and passionate about bringing families, friends and community together in shared spaces to create worthwhile experiences to build memories that last a lifetime for the ones you love and cherish! Our amenities include a 2,400 sq. ft. indoor space and 2400 sq. ft. outdoor space, which holds up to 300 guests depending on the layout design utilizing both the indoor & outdoor venue.

We offer two (2) different hourly rates to use our space.
Weekdays $125/hour (Mon. - Thurs.) - Brown Box Package (4/hr min)
Weekends - $150/hour (Fri, Sat, Sun) - Brown Box Package (6/hr min)

Brown Box celebrations (BYOD) Bring Your Own Decorations $125/hr
Silver Lining Celebrations - The package includes three (3) add ons
Golden Gala Celebrations - The package includes five (5) add ons
