Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning (residential and commercial) The carpet cleaning system we use is based on a low moisture 'encapsulation' cleaning technology and is a revolutionary alternative to disruptive inefficient restorative cleaning systems, and damaging, costly interim methods. The Low Moisture Agitation and Crystallization (LOMAC) process traps embedded soils in clear polymer crystals that are removed along with the soil during the actual cleaning. We also increase cleaning effectiveness by agitating and lifting/opening the pile. Our system has the added benefits of a quicker drying time (about 20-30 minutes), less water, so you don't need to worry about mold and other problems, improved indoor air quality, and mill recommended pile lifting for enhanced appearance. With our method of cleaning carpet life is significantly lengthened, and sticky chemical build up is eliminated. We can also help you with any janitorial needs that you may have.
