About us
J.McLaughlin is located on the rustic downtown Main Street of North Carolina's Highlands community. Our classic styles fit right in with the charming surrounding attractions on the mountain plateau—find us across from the Wild Thyme Gourmet Restaurant and Methodist Church. When you're in town, start your morning bright and fresh with a homemade omelet or Belgian waffle breakfast from Mountain Fresh Grocery. Then, you'll want to grab a delicious cappuccino from Buck's Coffee. Spend a relaxing day pampering yourself at Old Edwards Inn, an elegant European style hotel with farm-to-table restaurants and a destination spa.
