RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE WORK FORCE:
My contact with this company is as a bystander. JP Lawn Maint was hired to do my neighbor's lawn. I happened to look out my back window to see their workers gathering up trash, twigs, branches and larger tree limbs and throwing them over the fence into our backyard. When I went out to tell them to stop, the on-site supervisor came by but seem unconcerned. No apology was issued and definitely no offer to retrieve this trash and dispose of it properly was made. I called the company phone number, but there is no one there - only an answering machine. I left a message but, as of yet, have received no response. A business owner is responsible for the conduct of their employees. After this experience, I cannot see how anyone can have respect for this business or its owner. I would NEVER contemplate using this service. BEWARE anyone else using this service - be prepared for complaints from YOUR neighbors!!
