Jaclyn is a board-certified Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist and comes to Optum with more than 15 years of experience. Jaclyn also served in the US Air Force from 2009-2016. When she's not working with patients, she can be found spending time with her five children and husband, exploring the outdoors and trying any new or fun workouts.
