Dr. Jacob Clark is a primary care optometrist in Madison, AL, offering comprehensive eye exams at EyeCare Associates. Originally from West Michigan, he earned his BS in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University and his Doctor of Optometry from Michigan College of Optometry in 2016. His passion for eye care began through mission work, providing glasses to underserved children locally and abroad in Haiti and Guyana. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing guitar, participating in church activities, and traveling.
