Jacqueline Cullen, CRNP
Jacqueline Cullen is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
She focuses on providing comprehensive medical care to the geriatric population by addressing health concerns common in the older adult. This includes management of complex chronic conditions, polypharmacy, and dementia amongst other disease processes. Jacqueline has a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the Pennsylvania Geriatrics Society, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the Pennsylvania Association of Certified Nurse Practitioners. She sees patients 65 and older and speaks English.
