I'm from a small town, and knew I wanted to be a physician since age twelve. I trained in Family Medicine which amplified my passion to improve patients lives by providing patient-centered care. I strongly enjoy geriatric medicine. I am passionate about maintaining optimal quality of life in these patients. I emphasize lifestyle medicine as key component of patient care. I actively incorporate lifestyle modifications into patients' individualized care plans.
