Jade Garden in Lawrence is completely unprofessional.
We made the mistake of ordering delivery. The driver made me stand on the porch to flag him down because he couldn't understand the instructions. He then ran a stop sign, drove up onto the lawn, and yelled at me to hurry up because he was in a hurry.
The food was horrible. One dish was completely undercooked (raw dough), the other burned to a crisp.
When I called to complain, I was told there was no one in charge, that he has no way to leave a message for the owner (and that the owner couldn't be contacted), and was completely disinterested in hearing about the issues.
I would recommend patronizing a more professional business.
