I went to Jalapeno's for the first and last time on Saturday, September 13, 2008. I was quoted a 45 minute wait. After waiting for an hour and watching a table sit empty with dirty dishes, I asked to speak with the manager. He was unresponsive, and the hostess still had no idea when a table would be ready. She finally sat us after realizing that people who had come in the restaurant after those that had been waiting were seated first. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, but the food was mediocre. Overall, Jalapeno’s was a very disappointing experience.
