I had a great time with my agent at JP Rentals. They were the only agency in JP that spent time listening to what I wanted. They were kind and friendly not to mention very helpful on the day of my move in. In the past I have always regretted using a broker since so many of them come off so sleazy. I strongly urge anyone in the JP area new or old to use them for rentals. I think they do sales as well and if they are half as good at that you will definitely be impressed.
