James Gettys, MD, is a board-certified primary care provider at Prisma Health in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. He earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and completed his residency in family practice at Greenville Health System. During residency, he served as chief resident, was president of the house staff and was received the Outstanding Family Medicine Resident of the Year award.
Dr. Gettys' special interests include acute and preventive gynecologic services as well as pediatric and adolescent care.
