About us
James Dimitroff, MD, AGAF, is a board-certified gastroenterologist who sees patients 18 and older. He treats a range of conditions, including biliary disease, liver disease, esophageal disorders, peptic ulcer disease, inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and pancreatic disease. He performs colorectal cancer screenings, as well as diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopies and upper endoscopies, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), hemorrhoid banding, and GI pill camera endoscopies. Dr. Dimitroff listens to his patients, answers their questions, and ensures they understand their medical conditions. This practice is a part of BJC Medical Group of Missouri.
