About us
Dr. McCormick is a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM). He joins Orthopedics Rhode Island after spending nearly 20 years as partner, practitioner and surgeon at Shoreline Podiatry in Wakefield. He was the first podiatrist in Rhode Island to serve as Chief of Surgery, a position he held at South County Hospital for four consecutive terms. He also served as Medical Director for The Perioperative Services Wound Center. He is board-certified in Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is also certified in Wound Care from the American Board of Wound Healing.
