About us
I am a self-taught artist offering 3D mixed media sculptural representations of people and animals. My work often incorporates hand-made paper, botanicals, feathers, paint and found objects in a whimsical folk art style. My goal with every piece is to create a unique object that brings me as the artist and you as the viewer, a bit of joy. Works are typically female-centric, highlighting the qualities and messaging that help women to be strong, confident and self-reliant. The folk art sculptures that are the focus of my current work began in 2019. I am a juried member of both the 14 South Artists Group and the Madison Art Guild.
