My approach is to try to make a difficult process less scary and stressful. I sell stress relief as much as debt relief. Then I identify the best options for your unique situation. This is not a cookie cutter law practice, but one focused on people.

As an attorney, I practice exclusively in bankruptcy. For the past 23+ years I have been practicing bankruptcy law in Arkansas, providing my clients with personal consultations, handling major appointments and court hearings personally, and I am actively referring people to attorneys in many different areas for my clients that might also need affordable and quality CPAs, divorce attorneys, social security attorneys, or other such professionals in the area. I refer the more time intensive chapter 13 bankruptcy cases to highly qualified attorneys I have personally researched.
