Jamila Palmer, pediatric nurse practitioner, chose pediatrics because she enjoys watching children grow and lead healthy lives. She graduated from Winston Salem and Duke Universities. She has a special interest in pediatric obesity. Jamila is married and has one son. Outside of work she enjoys watching movies and spending time with her family.
