Welcome to my page! I have been a full time realtor since 2005. When I have houses for sale, I do more than just entering them into the mls. I utilize multi-media marketing for maximum exposure. I work with new construction, first time home buyers, seniors downsizing, and everyone in between. I have sold foreclosures, short sales, building lots and acreages. I am always on the lookout for lake homes and hunting ground as I has buyers ready to jump on the perfect property. I have sold commercial/retail buildings and leased commercial bays. Prior to my real estate career, I resided in five states, so I know the challenges of relocating and getting settled into a new community.
