She currently serves as Nurse Practitioner Director at the Primary Care Center of Clear Lake, where she leads clinical operations and multidisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes and care coordination.

Janet has a strong clinical background that includes psychiatric nursing at Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare and pediatric home health experience through Angels of Care. She is skilled in managing conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart failure, and excels in interpreting diagnostic tests, implementing preventive care strategies, and ensuring compliance with Medicare HEDIS measures.

She is proficient in multiple electronic health record platforms, experienced in telehealth delivery, and holds certifications in DEA prescribing and Satori Alternatives to Managing Aggression (SAMA).
