About us
Jarron Tilghman, MD is an interventional physiatrist who is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as well as Pain Medicine, and has a Performing Arts Medicine certification at Rockhill Orthopaedic Specialists. He is also a certified Independent Medical Examiner. Dr Tilghman is fellowship trained in interventional pain medicine and specializes in the non-operative care of spine conditions, performing arts injuries, and general musculoskeletal disorders.
Dr Tilghman decided to become a physiatrist during his fourth year of medical school when he saw the value of helping improve a patient's overall functional ability and quality of life.
